Firm History

The Law Office of Daniel C. Perri was founded in 1987 by Mr. Perri. From its inception, the firm has specialized in taxation, estate planning, and probate administration. Although taxation and estate planning are the base of the practice, the firm also provides a wide variety of services in other legal areas, such as corporate and business law, real estate and other civil general practice, excluding the areas of domestic relations and criminal law.

In addition to Mr. Perri, the firm has an outstanding legal support staff including a certified paralegal, a general legal assistant and other secretarial staff. This support staff is well trained in all areas of managing the various needs of the clients of the firm and are all highly knowledgeable in the taxation and estate planning fields as well as the numerous other aspects of managing a law office with a general practice and a wide variety of clients.

Since its founding, it has been the goal of the firm to establish extensive ongoing relationships with each of its clients with the intent of developing long term legal relationships with allow the attorney to most effectively understand each and every client's goals and circumstances. It is the guiding principle of the firm to ensure that the true needs and concerns of each and every client are understood, addressed and fulfilled as best as possible while also utilizing every benefit that the law will allow. Such in-depth knowledge of the client leads to better advice for that client and a better delivery of legal services.

Years of experience before judges and juries in both the state and federal courts have given the firm a foundation in courtroom excellence that puts it at the forefront of the legal community. Tough-minded advocacy on behalf of clients and courtroom experience frequently enables the firm to help clients reach a successful resolution with the opposing lawyer through negotiation and settlement. The firm will always look out for the best interest of the client whether it is proceeding through a trial, reaching a settlement through mediation, or direct negotiation.

The firm receives frequent referrals from accountants and other attorneys throughout the country. The firm's lawyers work closely with their referral sources in resolving their mutual client's needs and limit their representation to the matter at hand.
